Frederick Policarpio Fashion Designer Profile

Mr. Frederick Policarpio shares more than 15 years of extensive experience in fashion designing. He completed a couture bridal wear course, an intensive pattern making and cutting course and couture tailoring course at Central Saint Martins and at London College of Fashion, which are both constituent colleges of University of the Arts London in United Kingdom. He also completed a course on men’s tailoring from La Salle International. 


His personal aesthetics is characterized by polished cleanliness which is translated in his classic to modern contemporary to luxury elegance works. 


He has created numerous customized gowns and suits worn by Filipino celebrities such as Judy Ann Santos, Bea Alonzo, Anne Curtis, Rachel Ann Go, Angeline Quinto and Sam Milby, among others. His designs have also graced national beauty pagents pageants such as Binibining Pilipinas and Miss World Philippines, fashion shows such as Philippine Fashion Week and Philippine Festival in Japan, red carpet events, weddings, debuts and other milestone events.

TIFFANY CARANDANG is a singer from San Francisco. She first started singing at the age of 8 and grew up listening to musical legends such as Celine Dion, mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. She was a member of the Lowell Highs School Choir and has performed in local musical productions. In addition, she was also a member of the Saint Thomas More Choir and performed as back up for Ms. Lea Salonga in San Francisco and as front act to several Filipino artists. She is currently the female lead singer of The Aura Band.

ZEYONCÉ BROWN, 17 years old from Milpitas, CA, started singing at the age of 6. Zeyoncé has been performing in local communities and has opened for famous singers from the Philippines like Sarah Geronimo, Vice Ganda, Gary Valenciano, Arnel Pineda, Lani Misalucha, Martin Nievera, Piolo Pascual and many more. Zeyoncé has been performing in other states as well.

Last July 27, 2019, she launced her first single, which is composed by Mr. Vehnee Saturno at Ichiban Filipino Cuisine.

TARAINE IANA JIMENEZ is a 17 year old singer-songwriter. Born in the Philippines Iana started singing at an early age, performing at many events and musicals. Her love for instruments sprung during her pre-teen years. Soon after learning the guitar and other instruments she began writing her own songs. In addition to singing she loves to run, read and travel with her family. She hopes to be a professional singer one day.

HYACINTH CALLADO is a young artist from the bay area who currently goes to Oakland School for the Arts. Starting from a young age, she was a member of the renowned and five-time grammy award winning San Francisco Girls Chorus and was also in another a cappella group, Encore, that won a National High School a Cappella sing off competition in Bend, Oregon and recorded two songs on multiple platforms, and is now currently in OSA’s vocal music Concert Choir. Hya has performed with and for many great influential artists and in various charity shows, gigs, and concerts in and out of school in places such as the Fox Theatre, Scottish Rites Center, Davies Symphony Hall, Lesher Center for the Arts, and more.


JERICHO TABIRAO. Born in a family of musicians, Jericho started playing the violin at the age of 7.  He migrated with his family to the US when he was 12, and attended the Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of Arts.  At the same time, he also took violin lessons from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.   Aside from working with various Bay Area artists, he has also performed with famous and respected singers from the Philippines including Carol Banawa, Jaya and Lani Misalucha.
